American Bank Draft Systems uses HyperSend to receive your files quickly and securely through an encrypted stream to American Bank Draft Systems via the HyperSend servers to protect your customer data. When sending a file, please follow the guidelines below.
Always use your complete company name and date in the file name. For example "Your Company Name_20060419.xls". If we are not 100% sure who a file belongs to, it will not be processed.
We can process practically any file format, however, once a file format has been established, it must be EXACTLY the same each time you send a file. We do not typically charge a file setup fee or file processing fee, however if the file format is changed once it has been set up, we may contact you to reformat the file or we may charge a setup fee to remap the new file into our system.
Entering transactions online is by far the most efficient method for transmitting your transaction data, unless you are sending large volumes of transactions at once or are downloading data from your system. We do not charge a file processing fee as long as there is a minimum of 20 transaction transmitted per file. Files uploaded with less than 20 transactions may be charged a processing fee of $5.00 per file.
Any numeric fields in your file must be formatted as text to maintain the integrity of the data when it is imported.
DO NOT e-mail account information to American Bank Draft Systems. E-mailed transactions will not be processed due to the security risk.
A link to an approved file format is below. To download this template, click on Upload Template.xls and save the file to a convenient location on your computer. Remember to rename the file as described above before sending your file.
All files should be sent to processing@americanbankdraft.com. This is the only HyperSend account we have. Files sent to an individual will not be received.
Files are processed overnight, so files received by midnight will be processed for deposit or delivery the next morning.
